Refund Policy

Should you find yourself dissatisfied with any received items, we are here to assist. Please refer to the following guidelines for our streamlined return process:

General Return Guidelines

1. Submission Period:  Requests for returns must be initiated within 5 days from the day of delivery.
2. Pre-authorization:  Prior to initiating a return, contact our Customer Service for a RMA approval and Confirmation number.
3. Timely Shipment:  Upon receiving authorization, returned items must be dispatched within 3 days.  Item(s) should be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation (and all shipping costs pre-paid).
4. Preservation of Original Labels:  All products must be returned with their original labels securely attached.
5. Purchaser Identification:  Please ensure the inclusion of the original purchaser's name in the return package.
6. Refund Parameters:  Refunds will not cover return shipping and handling charges.

All returns will incur up to a 25% restocking fee.

Returnable Items

The following items are eligible for return only if they remain unopened and without blemish, in their original packaging:

- Costumes
- Socks and Stockings
- Shoes and Boots

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Undergarments
- Eyelashes, Wigs, Beards, and Facial Hair
- Prosthetics, Fangs, and Fake Teeth
- Cosmetics
- Latex Masks
- Food and Candy Items
- Personalized Items
- Items explicitly noted as non-returnable in their respective product description
