Giveaway Policy
1. Purpose
This Giveaway Policy outlines the rules, terms, and conditions governing Make Believe FX's giveaways. These giveaways are intended to engage with our audience and show appreciation for their support.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in our giveaways, individuals must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Make Believe FX, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
- Fully release and hold Meta harmless from liability
- Acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta
3. Entry
To enter the Giveaway, participants must sign up for Make Believe FX's newsletter during the Giveaway period. Newsletter sign-up can typically be done at www.makebelievefx.com or through a designated sign-up link provided by Make Believe FX.
Promotional giveaways do not require or incentivize participants to share, repost, tag others, or in any other way publicize the promotion on any social platform.
4. Prize
The prize for each giveaway will be provided by Make Believe FX. The prize value may vary from one giveaway to another, and this information will be clearly stated in the giveaway announcement.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item.
5. Winner Selection
A random drawing to select the winner(s) will be conducted within 24 hours after the Giveaway Period ends. Winner(s) will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries. The winner(s) will be notified through the same method they entered. If the winner(s) does not respond within 24 hours of the initial notification, an alternate winner will be selected. Winner(s) will be publicly announced on the social media platforms listed below.
6. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to the winner via email or physically mailed within 3 days of confirming their eligibility and contact information.
7. Publicity
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that Make Believe FX may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
8. Taxes and Legal Compliance
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize, and they may be required to provide Make Believe FX with necessary tax information to comply with local, state, and federal tax laws.
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
9. Disqualification
